Zearfoss eager to battle in the Badger State after Knoxville double
2023 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series Standings: 9th | 3384 points

JONESTOWN, Pa. (June 12, 2023) - Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, is a facility everyone wants to conquer, and although Brock Zearfoss ended his two-day venture at the Sprint Car Capital of the World by missing main event competition, the Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native got things rolling in a positive manner, opening action with a 14th-place score on Friday, June 9.
Zearfoss, a former Knoxville Nationals A-Main starter at Iowa’s premier dirt track, started 12th on Friday’s A-main grid, earning his way into the evening’s headliner with a third-place finish during heat race competition.
Zearfoss’ Knoxville Raceway effort will prove vital later in the season, as the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will return for the coveted Knoxville Nationals in mid-August.
“Overall, I think we expected a little bit more out of our performance, but any laps at Knoxville are great laps, so we’ll take advantage of our notebook and work to make the big dance in August,” Zearfoss, driver of the Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, Milton Hershey School, A. Lane Living, No. 3Z sprint car, said. “Hats off to this entire team. It’s tough out here on the road, but the effort never stops.”

Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their 2023 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series campaign with a two-day visit to the Badger State, ready to invade Beaver Dam Raceway in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, for the Jim "JB" Boyd Memorial doubleheader on Friday and Saturday, June 16-17.
