Zearfoss tenth at Beaver Dam; Huset’s 50/Jackson Nationals ahead

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

JONESTOWN, Pa. (June 21, 2021) - Steadily bettering his results from one night to the next, the “Jonestown Jet” Brock Zearfoss put together a sound weekend through Iowa and Wisconsin, visiting 34 Raceway, Dubuque Fairgrounds Speedway, and Beaver Dam Raceway on Thursday through Saturday, June 17-19. Zearfoss highlighted his three-day/three-race stretch with a tenth-place performance in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, on Saturday.

Resulting in the ninth top-ten outcome of his World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series Rookie of the Year campaign, Zearfoss started fourth on Beaver Dam’s lineup and was a favorite to be a frontrunner. Unfortunately, a tire pressure bleeder malfunction made his familiar No. 3Z very difficult to maneuver. The Jonestown, Pennsylvania-native earned his way into Beaver Dam’s big dance with a runner-up finish during heat race competition.

Zearfoss kicked-off the weekend with a 19th-place score at 34 Raceway, followed by an 11th-place finish at Dubuque Fairgrounds Speedway, each in Iowa.

“To be in a position like we were at Beaver Dam, only to be denied by something so small, can be tough to swallow, but we’ll use our top-ten as a momentum shift and work to continue that later tonight at Huset’s,” Brock Zearfoss said, a World of Outlaws Rookie of the Year contender who now owns nine top-ten finishes in 2021. “I can’t say enough about my team and everyone who backs us. We are all in this together and it feels great to be in the position that I’m in. My family, my team, all of my partners; everyone plays a huge role in this program. That next win is coming soon; we’re due.”

Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their 2021 World of Outlaws campaign with a mega stretch through the upper Midwest, set to invade Huset’s Speedway for the Huset’s 50 doubleheader on Monday and Tuesday, June 21-22, followed by a 90-minute jaunt due east to Jackson Motorplex for the three-day Jackson Nationals on Thursday through Saturday, June 24-26. The Huset’s 50 finale will award a $30,000 top prize, with the Jackson Nationals finale awarding a $50,000 top prize.

In addition, a $100,000 bonus is on the line for any competitor who sweeps both finales at the Huset’s 50 on June 22 and Jackson Nationals on June 26, giving one driver the chance to cash in for more than $180,000 in just a matter of days.
